The repair minimum is $125 per box, after the member discount. Gather several fixes from your wardrobe or household. There is no minimum garment count.
How long will my repairs take?
Repairs typically take 2–4 weeks from the day your package is received. Allow additional time for shipping to and from TailorClinic.
Who pays for shipping?
Members receive one six-box prepaid shipping kit at signup and every annual renewal, plus unlimited free shipping of repaired clothes back to you. After using the kit, order additional prepaid kits or pay inbound shipping yourself. Non-members pay their own inbound shipping and $24.95 return shipping per box. The repair minimum is $125 per box after the member discount.
What can you repair?
Everyday buttons, seams, hems, zippers and small holes are the core services. Leather, suede, fur, wedding gowns, heavily beaded or sequined garments, and structural resizing are outside the current service. Unusual repairs need an assessment.
